A hydraulic double-piston concrete pump, suitable for the pumping/grouting of wet ready-mixed concrete/mortar/refractory material. Equipped with liquid accelerator dosing system and nozzle assy., it is a shotcrete pump, suitable for spraying the wet ready-mixed concrete.

RISEN RPB7 is a hydraulic double-piston concrete pump. Equipped with the dosing unit and nozzle assy., it is a shotcrete pump. RISEN PRB7 is a small-size concrete pump with the character of the concrete pump truck. It works not only in pumping and grouting, but also in shotcreting, suitable for the wet ready-mixed mortar/concrete spraying, refractory material spraying. The PRB7 was designed to be extremely simple in structure and operation. It is very compact, durable and versatile enough for the different construction size.
Application:
● Wet mix shotcreting for the permanent and temporary rock support in tunnels and mines, sloping engineering etc.
● Pumping, grouting or spraying of the artificial soil seeding, mortar and refractory material, etc.
● Artificial soil seeding for no soil surface, such as rock, sand, and for no fertility soil surface.
● A high efficiency machine with a longer conveying distance, horizontal 120m and vertical 50m.
● Simple CE standard electrical system controls provide the safe and simple operation
● Two independent oil pressure circuits.
● Setting of the desired dosing values by hand-wheel of the dosing pump.
● Double-cylinder piston pump with S-tube for a positive action
● Self-sealing, superhard sealing ring and plate
● Tough hopper with vibrator and grill designed
● Suitable for the fiber concrete pumping
